William Davidson, PE – Senior Civil Engineer
Bill is a senior civil engineer responsible for leading our civil/site design and construction services for private and public sector clients. He applies his pragmatic “get it done” approach to every project providing his clients with the valuable results they know they can count on time and time again. Due to his decades of successful experience in the civil engineering profession, he thrives as a hands-on mentor for our up-and-coming engineers and recently has stepped up to be a primary resource for construction administration and engineering for a wide variety of infrastructure improvement projects. | Read about a large-scale award-winning project he managed!

Kirstin DiPietro Worden, PE – Senior Environmental Engineer
Kirstin’s background is in environmental engineering, and she has many years of experience in the planning, design, bidding and construction phases of various water, wastewater, and stormwater treatment projects. Kirstin has worked on numerous wastewater treatment facilities planning studies for municipalities including evaluation of existing infrastructure and projections for future wastewater needs, collection system and pump station design projects, and wastewater treatment facility design projects. She also has design experience in water treatment and stormwater treatment projects. She has been instrumental in working under the requirements of aggressive completion schedules for final design, bidding and construction to deliver projects on-time and within-budget. | Kirstin is a leader of our female environmental engineers; read about our WoW team!
Shawn Tobey, PE – Senior Civil Engineer
Shawn is a project manager with extensive civil engineering experience in the land development field. He has successfully managed large-scale multifamily, retail, office, industrial, manufacturing and renewable energy projects. He recently completed design and permitting for a portfolio of 15 ground mounted solar projects in Maine totaling over 100 megawatts of power. His background includes conceptual design, master planning, site development, project permitting, site grading, drainage design and utility design.

Stephen Mayo – IT Manager
For 18 years, Stephen has been overseeing all aspects of our technology operations, assessing current technology needs and forecasting future advancements. He is also responsible for the coordination of various IT projects such as system upgrades and software implementations. Additionally, he manages our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures to safeguard data and systems.
Todd Sumner, PE – Senior Structural Engineer
With over 30 years of expertise in structural engineering, Todd has been a driving force behind bridge and transportation projects at the Vermont Agency of Transportation. His extensive experience extends to Locally Administered projects, enriching his understanding of diverse project landscapes. Todd’s depth of knowledge in both state and federal project environments equips him to advance initiatives and navigate the project development process with precision, ensuring successful outcomes at every stage.
