This national award celebrates individuals whose long-standing commitment has advanced the mission of their chapter and the broader public works profession, and there is no one more deserving than Chris.

With nearly two decades of service to the APWA New England Chapter, Chris has led with humility, insight, and a deep dedication to public works professionals. From championing scholarship opportunities and securing national recognition for public works professionals, to strengthening partnerships and enhancing educational programming, Chris’s leadership has touched every corner of the Chapter’s work. His efforts have helped elevate future leaders, support critical infrastructure initiatives, and ensure that public works professionals have the resources they need to succeed.
