Hoyle, Tanner is pleased to announce the promotions of two new Regional Business Managers!
David Langlais, PE will serve as the Regional Business Manager – Massachusetts. David joined Hoyle, Tanner in 2005 and has 18 years of diverse experience in construction engineering, utility coordination, excavation and highway/structural engineering. David has in-depth knowledge of ledge blasting which he has used as a Senior Resident Engineer for over 8 years on the I-93 expansion project from Salem to Manchester, New Hampshire. In addition to his expertise in the field, he has transformed our firm’s focus on employee and site safety because of his attention to detail and his responsiveness to the need for increased safety awareness. David will utilize his extensive relationship network to expand our service offerings to our growing client base throughout the Commonwealth.
Jon Olin, PE will serve as the Regional Business Manager – Vermont. Jon joined our firm in 2010 but brings much more than just his 20 years of engineering experience to the team. Jon has been instrumental in the development of – and successful implementation of – Hoyle, Tanner’s Quality Control Program and was the chief author of our QA/QC manual. Jon is well-known in Vermont communities, and is known by colleagues and clients alike for his inspired attitude and willingness to work on challenging projects. Under Jon’s leadership we will expand our Burlington operations by growing and offering our firm’s full suite of bridge, highway, airport, environmental and land development engineering services.
