Hoyle Tanner is excited to welcome Evan Raymond, PE to our Ground Transportation Division as a Senior Transportation Engineer!
Evan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine and has built a strong foundation in highway design. He brings nearly a decade of experience delivering roadway and multimodal projects across northern New England.
Throughout his career, Evan has contributed to a wide range of transportation projects from concept development through final design and construction. He has supported the planning, design and implementation of intersection, corridor, highway, ADA compliance, and multi-use path projects for agencies including Maine’s Department of Transportation and Turnpike Authority, as well as the New Hampshire Department of Transportation. His experience also includes drainage and traffic signal design, utility coordination, and construction support to help keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Based in our Yarmouth, Maine office, Evan will support our transportation team and use his strong technical background and collaborative approach to mentor junior staff, helping deliver high-quality projects to our clients and communities.
