Luke Cisneros
Luke joined us on September 27, 2021 as an engineer in our Transportation Service Group in Manchester. Luke received his B.S. Civil Engineering, California State University of Long Beach. He previously worked as a Track Field Engineer, GLX Constructors and a Field Engineer at Herzog Contracting Corp in Inglewood, California. He and his wife Shannen are currently living in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Charles Ramey
Charles joined our Northeast Municipal Engineering (NEME) team in Burlington on September 20, 2021 shortly after relocating to Vermont. Charles received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and also his MS in Civil & Environmental Engineering. He was previously a process engineer at Aqua Engineering. He has a variety of experience in water resources, from equipment maintenance, to research, to process design. His move to Vermont was prompted by his partner’s acceptance into the Robert Larner College of Medicine at UVM.
Josh Howard
Josh is a recent grad of University of New Hampshire with a BS in Environmental Engineering. His Senior Capstone project involved working with Manchester’s Environmental Protection Division on a combined sewer overflow separation project. Josh joined our NEME team on September 27, 2021. He currently lives in Dover, New Hampshire and works in our Portsmouth office.
Anne Verville
Anne came to Hoyle Tanner on August 30, 2021 as an administrative assistant in corporate administration. She has her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College and most recently worked for Fidelity Investments. Anne and her family live in Fremont, New Hampshire.
