We are thrilled to welcome Adam Cutler, PE, IntPE, to Hoyle Tanner’s Aviation team as a Senior Airport Engineer!

Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master of Science in Aeronautics with a concentration in Aviation Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

With more than 10 years of engineering experience, Adam has helped airports across the United States plan, design, and deliver critical airport infrastructure projects. His work has supported facilities ranging from small general aviation airfields to major commercial hubs, enabling clients to advance initiatives that strengthen safety, operations, and long-term development.

Adam’s lifelong interest in aviation, combined with his background in aviation safety, has shaped a career focused on improving airport infrastructure. He has led a wide range of airfield improvement projects, including runway and taxiway reconstruction, lighting and electrical upgrades, drainage improvements, fueling facilities, and navigational aids.

Adam’s technical expertise, industry knowledge, and leadership is a valuable addition to our aviation team. A licensed Professional Engineer in seven states, he brings extensive experience to the team and will be based in our Portsmouth, New Hampshire office.
