We’re proud to announce that Jeffrey “JJ” Hollstein has earned his Professional Engineering (PE) license! JJ is a structural engineer in our Ground Transportation Division (Chelmsford office), where he supports a wide range of municipal and state agency projects with a strong foundation in structural analysis and design.

He has a working knowledge of Mathcad, AASHTOWare BrR, OpenBridge Designer, MicroStation, ABLRFD, and BAR7, and applies these tools to develop efficient, constructible solutions that meet project requirements and agency standards.
Earning a PE license is a significant professional milestone that reflects years of education, hands-on experience, and technical mastery. The process requires completing an accredited engineering degree, passing the Fundamentals of Engineering exam, accumulating several years of supervised professional experience, and successfully completing the PE exam.
This milestone reflects JJ’s technical expertise, dedication, and continued growth as an engineer. Please join us in congratulating JJ on earning his PE license – an accomplishment well-earned and well deserved!
