We are excited to welcome back Nicole Crawford, PE to Hoyle Tanner as an Aviation Project Manager!
Nicole brings more than 15 years of aviation and transportation engineering experience, including nearly 9 years previously with our firm. Prior to returning to Hoyle Tanner, Nicole served as the Town Engineer for the Town of Milford’s Department of Public Works, where she reviewed private and public development projects and assisted local boards, managed the Town’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) stormwater program, and provided professional engineering services for public works projects, including design and construction administration.
Driven by a passion for airports and aviation, Nicole brings diverse experience in airfield improvement design, pavement evaluations, construction cost estimating, project specifications, and airfield facilities planning. Her ability to analyze existing conditions and develop innovative, practical solutions helps airports maintain safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Stakeholder engagement and team collaboration have been the pillars to her career success, and underscore how she embraces Hoyle Tanner’s core values of Respect, Responsibility, Quality, and Commitment.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language & Literature from the University of Rhode Island, as well as a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University.

Based in our Manchester, New Hampshire office, Nicole will work closely with airport clients across the region to design and deliver infrastructure improvements that help airports enhance safety, generate revenue, and improve operational performance.
Nicole’s broad range of expertise and experience has made her a highly effective designer and project manager.
