Our firm offers comprehensive environmental permitting services to our clients, and we are excited to announce that we have added another expert to our team! Melinda Squillace, CWB® joins us with 15 years of experience.
Melinda joins our Burlington, Vermont office as a Senior Environmental Scientist and professionally Certified Wildlife Biologist strengthening our team with additional wildlife experience alongside Environmental Scientist Joanne Theriault, CWS, AWB®.
Prior to joining Hoyle Tanner and becoming a professional consultant, she spent many years working as a State Agency Wildlife Biologist managing numerous wildlife species across the country. These collective experiences have given her a unique perspective when it comes to understanding objectives for state- or federally-managed natural resources as well as navigating state and federal permitting and agency coordination.
Her technical specialties include wildlife species identification and surveys, wildlife habitat assessments, especially for mammals, assessment and management of human-wildlife conflicts, and considerations for renewable energy development and and environmental permitting services on various transportation projects.
