Situated in the heart of Burlington’s downtown district, our office sits high on the fourth floor of the Wells-Richardson historic building overlooking the beautiful Lake Champlain waterfront and Adirondack Mountains. With exposed brick in and lake views from nearly every office, our working space provides great opportunities for a comfortable collaboration place. Home to nearly a dozen employees, this location consists of over 6,200 square feet of office and conference area.
Located just blocks from Church Street, community activities and cultural events are in abundance throughout the area. The aquarium, as well as numerous museums, restaurants, parks and beaches are only some of the many City’s attractions on display and within close proximity to our office. Downtown Burlington offers various forms of public transportation as well as numerous pedestrian and bicycle accommodations that can provide ease in the daily commute.
Whether you need help with community outreach to secure public support, assistance untangling the web of funding resources, connections with local regulators, or if you just want a recommendation on which issues to prioritize, reach out to start a conversation with our team.
