At Hoyle Tanner, we are excited to welcome Jenabay Sezen, PE, CFM, as a Senior Hydraulics Engineer in our Ground Transportation Division!

With more than a decade of experience in water resources engineering, Jenabay specializes in hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for transportation infrastructure and stream restoration projects. Her project experience has focused on bridge and culvert scour analyses for rehabilitation and replacement projects, stream channel and river restoration, fish passage improvements, streambank stabilization, and dam removal. As a Certified Floodplain Manager, she also has experience supporting flood mitigation and floodplain management initiatives, including FEMA No-Rise analyses and CLOMR/LOMR studies.

Jenabay earned a Master of Science in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University and both a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in German from the University of Connecticut.
