We are excited to announce the relocation of our Maine office to 106 Lafayette Street, Unit 2D in Yarmouth, Maine. Since the opening of a Maine office in 2013, Hoyle, Tanner has been providing multi-disciplined engineering services to various state agencies, municipalities and private sector clients throughout the State of Maine. Our move from Brunswick to Yarmouth will accommodate growth, allow us to easily access the Interstate 95 & 295 corridors, position us closer to existing clients, and provide our professional service capabilities across all disciplines throughout the state.
Our new location, originally developed in the early 1900s as a one-story cannery building, is now a beautiful redeveloped three-story office space situated between Yankee Marina, the Royal River Grill, and the Yarmouth Boat Yard. Our space includes high-quality office space located on the second floor, flanked with retail businesses on the first floor and ample on-site parking.
Our friendly new space is easily accessible to Route 1 and I-295, as well as the Portland International Jetport and within walking distance to many restaurants and amenities. Located just 15 minutes from downtown Portland, we can now offer even greater responsiveness to our Maine clients. We invite you to visit our Yarmouth office.
