The Movers, Shakers & Innovators Program was created to recognize employees who make an extraordinary impact on our firm. The Movers and Shakers Award is a quarterly, peer-nominated recognition honoring individuals who consistently exceed expectations and contribute to the success of their teams, projects, and coworkers. Throughout the quarter, employees are invited to nominate colleagues whose dedication, initiative, and positive influence set them apart. Below are comments shared by the peers who nominated our Q2 winners:
From the nominator: During one of the busiest periods we’ve had in quite some time, Amy not only ensured her own deadlines were met, but consistently went above and beyond to support her teammates. She stayed online longer, worked nights and weekends, and balanced her own responsibilities while helping the broader team succeed. Despite the intense workload, she also took the initiative to develop new skills during this period and continued to make our team laugh. Thank you, Amy, for your dedication and support!
From the nominator: Between December and April, Marketing faced the busiest season we’ve had in a few years. Not only did Christina work tirelessly on her own deadlines, but she showed up to support her teammates. Working nights, weekends, and early mornings, she made sure to support our proposal efforts for work we need. Despite the intense workload, she also took the initiative to deepen her knowledge of Deltek and improve our templates and workflows. A huge kudos and thanks to Christina, who helps us troubleshoot every day.
From the nominator: As Sam completes her work so efficiently and thoroughly without ever complaining, her current workload continues to be exceptionally heavy (since everyone wants Sam on their projects). Sam continues to step up and take on every task she has been offered. She is always willing to do whatever has been asked of her. She stays beyond her regular working extra hours to support team members trying to meet a deadline, or to meet a client-driven deadline. These qualities are rare to find–especially with the urge to be outside as daylight is increasing and the weather is nicer. A client recently complimented Sam’s tactful approach to conveying thoughts during a meeting (thoughts that none of the more senior engineers in the room were able to offer). She uses an appropriate level of self-confidence to ensure that the project team hears important information. Sam truly makes Hoyle Tanner a better place to work. These are just a few reasons that I believe Sam deserves to be recognized again–as she conveys the true spirit of what a Mover and Shaker should represent.
Mohammed Al Masani of our Southeast Aviation Services in Oviedo, FL
From the nominator: I would like to nominate Mohammed for the Movers, Shakers & Innovators Program. Although he has been with the company for just over a year, Mohammed has already made a significant positive impression through his dedication, hard work, and outstanding attitude. He consistently demonstrates what it means to be a true team player, always willing to step in and help with any task or challenge presented to him and take initiative without being asked. Mohammed approaches his work with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to supporting the success of the entire Hoyle Tanner Aviation team. His willingness to go above and beyond, combined with his continuous growth and eagerness to learn, has made him a valuable asset to Hoyle Tanner, and he is highly deserving of this recognition.

She takes on challenging assignments at any stage of development and sees them through to successful completion, no matter the obstacles. Her perseverance, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to the team’s success are truly exceptional. Payton is always willing to put in the extra effort, to ensure deadlines are met. Her strong passion for quality control has significantly improved both our products and internal processes, resulting in better outcomes for our team and clients. Beyond her technical expertise, Payton is an outstanding team player who leads by example through her dedication and reliability. Her work ethic and commitment to excellence make her highly deserving of this recognition.
