We are excited to announce that the New Hampshire Public Works Association (NHPWA) has elected Aaron Lachance, one of our Associates and senior structural engineers, to its Board of Directors.
NHPWA is a professional organization that “provides leadership to enhance the ethical, technical, administrative, and educational development of all public works matters throughout the state of New Hampshire.” One of the organization’s goals is to foster a better understanding between municipalities and consultants about various aspects of the engineering industry.
With Aaron’s nearly 20-years of engineering experience, he will serve the organization by providing insight into the consulting industry to the association’s public officials. During his three-year term as a Member-at-Large, he hopes to assist New Hampshire’s Public Works community by forming new relationships and serving as a valuable resource to further their understanding of any municipal engineering needs they may have. One of his first tasks is to help lead the cleanup, maintenance, and beautification of the Public Works Memorial in Concord NH, a memorial “in remembrance of all the public employees that have died in the course of performing their public duties.”
We are excited to support Aaron as he utilizes his experience to serve this association. Please join us in congratulating him on this opportunity to serve the Public Works community in a new and exciting role.
