We are excited to announce that Todd Clark, PE was recently elected to Vice President II on the Board of Government for the Boston Society of Civil Engineers Section (BSCES). In Todd’s previous role he served as Secretary. BSCES, a subset of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), is a professional organization focused on programs, events, and initiatives supporting the civil engineering profession within the surrounding Boston area.
As the FY2022 Government Affairs and Professional Practice Committee Chair, Todd is now working on defining active memberships, establishing goals, scheduling progress meetings to define the action items, and representing BSCES within other ongoing Boston area initiatives.
At Hoyle Tanner, Todd is a Senior Vice President and Division Manager of Transportation Services. His roles within the company include overseeing roadway, highway, and traffic project delivery, design practices, innovation, quality control and assurance, mentoring, and training. Todd also serves on the Board of Directors.
Todd stays active in the engineering community and advocates for engineering education needs and advancing professional growth.
