Project Summary
Hoyle Tanner provided survey, wetland, and permitting support for the subdivision of a 51.5-acre property along NH Route 4 and Center Road in Salisbury. Our team completed boundary and topographic surveys, delineated wetlands, and documented existing utilities, roadway features, and site constraints to support subdivision approvals and future development.
Hoyle Tanner prepared and submitted subdivision application materials, supported NHDOT driveway permitting, and advanced wetland permitting efforts associated with proposed driveway crossings. The project required coordination with local and state agencies to address access, environmental constraints, and regulatory requirements while supporting the owner’s subdivision objectives.
