Open Space Subdivision Support
Project Summary
Hoyle Tanner provided survey, wetland, and permitting support for the proposed open space subdivision of approximately 53 acres in Dunbarton, New Hampshire. The project included the development of 10 residential lots served by individual wells and septic systems and required a new access road crossing wetland and stream resources.
Our team completed boundary retracement and topographic surveys, delineated wetlands, documented existing site conditions, and evaluated environmental constraints associated with the proposed roadway corridor. Hoyle Tanner also prepared wetland permitting applications, drainage design documentation, and state subdivision approval materials to support project review and permitting. The work helped advance the proposed subdivision while minimizing impacts to wetlands and other sensitive environmental resources.
