Hoyle Tanner designed a new 29 space parking lot in Downtown Lake Mary. The 14,300 square foot parking area consists of 1.5″ of bituminous surface course, 8″ of limerock base course and 6″ of stabilized subgrade. The project also included all the necessary grading, drainage, and marking associated with the parking lot.
