Maybe you saw the exciting news in February that we acquired an exceptional surveying firm, TF Bernier. Since then, we’ve been integrating the Bernier team into Hoyle Tanner and want to shed light on what it means for our team members and our clients to have in-house survey services.
Introducing the Service
The data surveyors provide helps establish property boundaries, collect information necessary for engineering design, and to prepare sites for construction. The team’s expert knowledge of local and regional planning, zoning, and land-use regulations is an asset to the New England civil/site and land development industry.

TF Bernier’s Division of Hoyle Tanner will continue to provide services for existing clients while they integrate into our team. In the future, we will grow to provide survey services on small- and large-scale projects many of the regions in which Hoyle Tanner operates.
