Matthew J. Low, P.E., Senior Vice President, recently accepted the position of Director of Engineering Operations, a new position at Hoyle, Tanner necessary to address our growth and expanding group of clients. Matt is licensed as a Professional Engineer in six states and has nearly 25 years of experience in the engineering field, 17 years of which have been with the firm. Most recently, he served as the Regional Manager of Bridges and Structures, where he was responsible for development of our bridge engineering practice throughout New England. Matt’s managerial expertise and insight into our clients’ needs continue to make a positive impact throughout the firm as well as on our client relationships.
As Director of Engineering Operations, managers of our various offices and discipline groups will directly report to Matt, enabling Hoyle, Tanner to provide more consistent and focused attention to our clients. He will continue to manage specific bridge and transportation projects, in addition to his new duties which include centralized coordination between all Hoyle, Tanner offices, development of internal training and educational programs, maximizing efficiency of our professional resources, and employee attraction and retention. Each of these initiatives will be implemented with the goal of growing and enhancing service to our clients.
