Joe is a trusted leader within our Ground Transportation Division. He serves as a project manager and specializes in leading a wide variety of projects from bridge design, inspection, load rating, construction observation, and bridge rehabilitation for state and municipal clients throughout New England. Joe has a passion for continuous improvement of our project delivery process, team organization, and decision-making frameworks. He is a mentor to younger engineers, helping them navigate complex design standards and develop strong habits in quality control, technical proficiency, and communication. His leadership and steady demeanor contribute to our company culture by fostering collaboration and growth. Joe holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UMass Lowell. His family now calls southern New Hampshire home, where he enjoys making the most of every season with hobbies like snowboarding, cycling, trail running, birding, and camping.
