We are excited to announce that our Burlington, Vermont office has welcomed Senior Civil Engineer Laura Clements, PE, LEED®AP to our Northeast Municipal Engineering group (NEME). Laura comes to Hoyle Tanner as an accomplished senior engineer with over 30 years of extensive experience in heavy/civil infrastructure and institutional building construction. Some of her areas of expertise include scope and schedule development, constructability reviews, logistics planning, Design-Build project delivery and estimates during preconstruction and bidding. She has also managed construction projects throughout New England, from start to finish, focusing on cost and schedule management. Laura also carries a LEED®AP credential, which recognizes her advanced knowledge in green building and experience with the LEED rating system.
Our NEME group has been expanding to better assist with treatment facility upgrades to improve water quality and protect public health in Vermont and New Hampshire. Laura is the newest member to help add to that success. Laura earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire and maintains a Professional Engineer license.
