Concord, NH: Hoyle Tanner has acquired TF Bernier of Concord, New Hampshire, effective February 29, 2024.
We are pleased to announce that TF Bernier, a well-known and respected New England surveying and consulting firm, has joined Hoyle Tanner. This acquisition expands Hoyle Tanner’s services to include land surveying, as well as additional environmental permitting, stormwater design, wildlife resource identification, and sUAS (drone) capabilities. TF Bernier was incorporated in 1992 and has provided land surveying, planning, permitting, and land-development consultation to hundreds of clients since. The team’s expert knowledge of local and regional planning, zoning, and land-use regulations is an asset to the New England land-development industry. Combining this expertise with that of the Hoyle Tanner team creates many benefits for both TF Bernier’s and Hoyle Tanner’s long-term clients.
“Having a professional relationship with the TF Bernier team for nearly 30 years, we knew their values aligned perfectly with ours relative to being employee and client focused. We are truly excited about this partnership for the additional capabilities we can now bring to our clients and the growth opportunities it will create for our team members,” says Hoyle Tanner CEO and President Christopher Mulleavey, PE.
Tim Bernier, LLS, PLS, CWS founder, owner, and President of TF Bernier says “We have been working with members of the Hoyle Tanner team for a long time and felt that their culture and attention to what matters most to our team – our clients – was a great fit for us. The opportunities for our team members and clients to benefit from this partnership is what made this happen and we are thrilled to hit the ground running.”
