What drew you to Hoyle Tanner?

The opportunity to focus on airport engineering and design was a major factor in attracting me to Hoyle Tanner. I enjoy working in this specialized field and value the chance to contribute to meaningful aviation projects.

What’s your favorite part of the company culture or something invaluable you’ve learned here?

My favorite part of the company culture is the supportive mindset around continuous learning. There is a strong encouragement to keep growing professionally, and no one hesitates to help when you have questions or are learning something new. That positive approach to development creates an environment where people feel comfortable challenging themselves and building new skills.

What’s a lesson you’ve learned from a colleague or what’s the best piece of professional advice you’ve ever received?

The best professional advice I’ve received is to keep learning new skills. You never know when a skill you develop today will become an asset to your team in the future.

What’s the best thing that’s happened to you recently (this week, this month, this year)?

The best thing that has happened to me recently at Hoyle Tanner has been the opportunity to visit multiple project sites and gain experience as a Resident Project Representative (RPR). The hands-on exposure has provided valuable insight into the construction process and helped me grow professionally.
