Project Summary

Hoyle Tanner assisted a private property owner with the subdivision of a residential property on Fisherville Road to create one new single-family residential building lot. The project involved redevelopment of the property and required local Planning Board approval.

Our team prepared subdivision plans and application materials, coordinated the approval process with the City of Concord, and presented the project before the Planning Board. Hoyle Tanner also provided surveying and mapping services, including the placement of newly created property corners required as part of the subdivision.

Through survey, subdivision, and permitting support, Hoyle Tanner helped advance the project from concept to approval while establishing the property boundaries necessary for future development.
