Employee Advancements in Human Resources
We are excited to announce the promotion of Judy Donovan Hann from Executive Administrator to Vice President and Manager of Corporate and Human Resources. Judy is a graduate of Boston College and has served as an instrumental part of our team for over 25 years. She has been intimately involved with the successful implementation of many special projects including the Hoyle, Tanner Engineering Internship Program and our new Employee Onboarding Program. With her dedication and commitment to the development of new staff members, Corporate and Human Resources is a great fit for Judy. In addition to her new position, shareholders recently voted to elect Judy to the Board of Directors. This appointment ensures that human resources and corporate administration remain represented on the Board and a priority to the firm moving forward.
Also, recently acknowledged is Michelle Stewart who has been assisting on numerous human resources initiatives while maintaining her Administrative Assistant position in our Portsmouth office. Michelle is now recognized as the firm’s Administrative Specialist/Human Resources Coordinator. Michelle’s professional background is in contract management and human resources functions including recruiting, and training and development, making her a great support resource for our Human Resources Department. Michelle is a graduate of Daniel Webster College, and joined Hoyle, Tanner last year; she has consistently done an outstanding job and continues to expand her responsibilities.
Please join us in congratulating Judy and Michelle!
Nichole is a Vice President and the firm's Creative & Development Director based in our corporate office. She works with all levels of employees assisting with the firm’s marketing and branding strategy and initiatives. Her passion is making a difference and collaborating with people, so it is only fitting that Nichole leads the firm’s public engagement efforts, and public input process for some of our projects. As a self-described “doer,” each day you will find her working on something different, thinking outside the box and pushing the envelope. Sure, Nichole is busy with all of the projects she originates, but when she is not working, she spends most of her time with friends and family, baking, volunteering, and renovating her house.
