Situated on the Pease International Tradeport, our Portsmouth office consists of 5,500 square feet of office and conference space overlooking the nearby arriving and departing planes. This contemporary office sits in the 3rd floor addition of the originally constructed 2005 building.
The diverse 3,000 acre Tradeport also includes over 250 office and industrial companies, a 27-hole golf course, and an international and domestic airport. Adjoining Pease is the Great Bay National Wildlife Refuge where visitors can explore the nature trails and observe wildlife. The Tradeport is conveniently located adjacent to Interstate 95 which places the ocean, downtown Portsmouth and Newington, as well as numerous shopping, dining, and cultural attractions in a 15 minutes radius of our office.
