Meet Jenna Keenan – Office Administrator & Busy Bee

What drew you to Hoyle Tanner?

Michelle Stewart! I was instantly drawn in after hearing all about Hoyle Tanner and its culture.

What’s something invaluable you’ve learned here?

Not everything is due ASAP.  Usually, my brain gets a task and wants to get it done immediately. Being an office administrator means I get pieces of projects from several people.  Sometimes all at once. Organizing which tasks have the most importance has been key.

What’s your favorite time of year to work at Hoyle Tanner & why?

I started in September… soooo Holiday time seems like a great choice!

What’s the coolest thing you are working on & why?

Hard to say because I have my hands in so many projects. All with small parts.

What’s the best thing that’s happened to you recently (this week, this month, this year)?

I am coaching both of my boys’ basketball teams (6- and 7-years-old). Love seeing and being a part of them playing sports/doing something they love!

How many different states have you lived in?

One. Just good old New Hampshire.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?

Hands down, cheese burgers!

What kind of pet do you have & how did you choose to name it?

A Golden Retriever puppy name Frankie! His name came from the movie Home Alone! “Your heating up Frankie!”

What is a fun or interesting fact about your hometown?

Derry… The town’s nickname, “Spacetown,” derives from the fact that Derry is the birthplace of Alan Shepard.

Name some things still on your bucket list.

Travel to Italy & ski diving!

Name three items you’d take with you to a desert island.

Items and not people… hmmmm umbrella, shovel, and a flint.

What characteristic do you admire most in others?

Genuineness.

How old is the oldest item in your closet?

Boys Reebok white Red Sox sneakers. I HAD to have them in high school and wore them 3 times… Now I’m saving them for my oldest son! Only 1 more year to wait!

What did you want to be when you were growing up?

Easy question – Princess! I dressed up as a princess seven years in a row for Halloween!

What’s one of your most ridiculous/nonsensical fears?

Stepping on storm drains!

Words to live by? Favorite quote? Why?

Live, Learn & Return. You only live life once… learn everything you can… then return to the things that were the most important.
