Water System Asset Management Program
Water System Asset Management Program
Hoyle Tanner supported the City of Winooski on advancing Phase 3 of the Asset Management Program development project which included: review, refinement, and facilitation of grant agreement deliverables; coordination with the regional planning commission, the asset management software vendor, and Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation; general asset management program development and funding guidance; and meeting coordination and facilitation.
This work builds upon the earlier phases of work that Hoyle Tanner has provided for the City which included the identification of asset management program goals and priorities, consideration and selection of asset management software and implementation and training on the selected software package.
