Owen plays a critical leadership role within the firm’s bridge and highway structures practice. He leads multidisciplinary teams on complex projects, guiding design, inspection, and rehabilitation efforts for state agencies and municipal clients across New England. His calm presence, technical expertise, and thoughtful mentorship make him a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues. Owen is known not only for his design and analysis skills, but also for his ability to foster strong team dynamics and deliver solutions that are efficient, cost-effective, and practical. He is committed to helping develop the next generation of engineers, providing mentorship in structural analysis, industry standards, and field readiness. His leadership extends beyond the firm, recently being elected as a State Director for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Maine (ACEC-ME). Owen holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maine and New Hampshire. A lifelong Mainer, he brings valuable local insight to every project. Outside the office, Owen enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife, children, and dogs—often camping, hiking, or simply appreciating the place he calls home.
