This is an exciting time at Hoyle Tanner as we celebrate our 50th year in business, and there is much to be proud of and reflect on – yet even more to look forward to!

Our company was founded on the basic principle of fostering long-term relationships and partnering with our clients to develop practical and innovative solutions to some of the most challenging engineering problems. Having been originally founded providing airport and wastewater engineering solutions, over the past 50 years, we have grown into a leading consulting and engineering firm that provides a multitude of quality services related to water quality and transportation infrastructure and land development including asset management, grant application assistance, planning, engineering, public outreach, environmental permitting, and construction engineering. From conception to the ribbon-cutting we apply our corporate values of respect, responsibility, quality, and commitment for each client and each project. While we continue to expand our services and operations, our underlying principles have remained the same.

Our company has been resilient and adaptive, embraced challenges and continues to grow to provide opportunities for our employees and services for our clients. We are proud of our ability to be nimble and refocus our talents in an ever-changing environment yet never losing sight of our company’s Vision that “Our projects will improve the natural and built environments providing healthy and vibrant communities.”

Working at Hoyle Tanner has taught me that what we design – if designed thoughtfully, innovatively, collaboratively, and skillfully – will create enduring value for our clients, employees, and communities and that we must continue to learn from such endeavors. With this in mind we are acting aggressively to ensure our company and team are ready for the challenges that lie ahead for our communities, employees, and clients whether they are related to technological advancements, changes in our environmental climate, funding, or any number of known and not-yet-known factors. Our team is treating these challenges as opportunities and we are excited to see where they take us.

We are proud to celebrate our 50-year milestone with our employees, clients, and partners and look forward to the next 50 years!
