What’s Happening in Westbrook
This new project involves transforming the Twin Falls golf course – a 50-acre site in Westbrook, Maine – into a 246-unit housing development. This site is strategically located next to Portland, making it a prime location for residential growth and the addition of much-needed housing.
This development offers numerous benefits for Westbrook residents. By transforming the Twin Falls golf course into a modern residential hub, the project addresses the growing need for housing in the area, providing thoughtfully planned units that cater to diverse living needs. Strategically positioned near Portland, this community fosters connectivity and convenience for commuters while tapping into the cultural and economic opportunities the region offers.
Additionally, the development will bring enhanced infrastructure to the area, including well-designed utilities, drainage systems, and traffic solutions, ensuring a sustainable and efficient living environment.
The site design is complete, and we are currently working through the permitting process with the City, MaineDEP and MaineDOT.
Past Success at the Seacoast Residences
Before Westbrook, our collaboration with Jones Street Residential started in Kittery, where we began addressing the need for housing in a very populated area, now known as Seacoast Residences. Located at 76 Dennett Road in Kittery, Maine, we led the design and permitting for the 282-unit community, later built by Jones Street Residential. Seacoast Residences consists of market-rate residential rental units located within three residential buildings each four stories, with a centralized amenity building and garage structures for covered parking. We are thrilled to report that the project was a major success, leading Jones Street to continue working with us on the Westbrook project.
