We are pleased to announce that the American Public Works Association (APWA) has welcomed Christopher Mulleavey as the eleventh member of the 2024 National Nominating Committee. Comprised of one active APWA member from each geographical region and the two most recent past presidents, the committee will be tasked to evaluate candidates for the President-Elect position as well as four technical director positions in the following categories: Engineering & Technology, Environmental Management, Leadership & Management, and Transportation. “I am humbled and honored to again have the opportunity to serve on the APWA National Nominating Committee. Chris is recognized in the industry and the community as being a thoughtful leader, an innovative thinker, and an open-minded individual. He will bring his experience and knowledge to the committee as a trusted professional representing both APWA and Hoyle Tanner.

In 2019 and 2021, Chris made the top 200 industry leader list from NH Business Review Magazine. He also dedicates time to the engineering industry as a member of multiple professional associations including the NH Joint Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers, American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), APWA’s New England Chapter, and the NH Good Roads Association.
