We are excited to announce the following individuals are being recognized for their service to the firm, our clients, and our communities. The following individuals were promoted from Vice President to Senior Vice President, and one individual from Associate to Vice President:
Judy Donovan Hann: Senior Vice President – HR/Administration Manager
In 2017, Judy became the Human Resource Manager and most recently in 2018 was elected to the Board of Directors and Vice President. We are proud of Judy’s streamlined approach to onboarding with the use of technology, which has been a tremendous asset to a more user-friendly platform for our employees.
Joe Ducharme Jr, PE, BCEE: Senior Vice President – Northeast Regional Manager for Environmental Services
Shortly after joining the team in 2018, Joe was elected by the Board of Directors and was elected a Vice President. Since then, Joe and his team have grown around the Northeast region. We are excited for him to continue to lead our team of environmental engineers to better serve our current and future clients on their municipal infrastructure projects.
Edward Weingartner, PE: Vice President – Senior Structural Engineer
Ed continually demonstrates excellence in team building, project management and client relationships/ development benefitting all employees, the company and our clients. For 15 years, Ed has been an incredible asset to our team as a dedicated bridge engineer and inspector, as well as a mentor to other bridge professionals.
Since 2001, Hoyle, Tanner has been electing professionals as Associates of the firm. These individuals have attained substantial business experience as well as demonstrated high levels of project and resource management. This year we recognize the following individuals:
Jennie Auster, PE: Associate – Senior Environmental Engineer
Since joining our team, Jennie has provided engineering services for study, design and/or construction for over 20 New England wastewater systems. In addition to her strong technical engineering skills, Jennie brings solid project management skills and proven success building relationships with clients – allowing for successful communication and positive project outcomes.
Marisa DiBiaso, PE: Associate – Civil Engineer
Marisa is licensed in NH, ME, MA and VT and has a strong design background focused on site, roadway, drainage, and utility projects. Marisa recently earned a graduate certificate in Historic Preservation at Plymouth State University to further her technical expertise. She has served as Vice President on the Board of Directors for the American Society of Civil Engineers, New Hampshire chapter (ASCE-NH).
Heidi Marshall, PE: Associate – Senior Transportation Engineer
As a full-service engineer, Heidi’s multi-decade long career has included many facets of transportation, environmental, stormwater and recreational facilities for small and large communities throughout northern New England. Heidi has regionally-recognized municipal, industrial, and site development design and project management skills that include construction phase oversight and administration.
