Project Summary

Hoyle Tanner performed a structural assessment of the existing garage to identify needed maintenance and repairs. This project also included preparation of a Structural Assessment Report cataloging our observations and prioritizing repair budgets for both immediate needs and long-term maintenance.    

The Elliot at River’s Edge Parking Garage is a six story, precast prestressed concrete structure constructed with a two-way traffic, single helix layout using “double tees” for the deck that is approximately 123′ wide by 418′ long.  The structure also contains stair/elevation towers as well as a skywalk connecting the garage to the main medical facility.
