We are excited to have Jennie Auster, PE join our team in our Burlington, Vermont office! Jennie joins us as a senior environmental engineer with 16 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering along with asset management. In larger projects, such as wastewater treatment facility upgrades, she has been responsible for preliminary engineering, final design, hydraulic design, equipment selection and layout, civil/site layout, funding assistance, construction-phase services, and more. Jennie has provided engineering services for study, design and/or construction for over 20 Vermont wastewater systems.
In addition to her strong technical engineering skills, Jennie brings solid project management skills and proven success building relationships with clients – allowing for successful communication and positive project outcomes.
Jennie has authored several publications, including “Low Cost Nitrogen Optimization Plans for Wastewater Treatment Facilities” and “Meeting an Effluent Total Phosphorous of .1 mg/l at Vermont WWTFs – Pilot Study Results.” She’s also a member of the Green Mountain Water Environment Association, New England Water Environment Association, and the Water Environment Federation. Jennie earned her civil and environmental engineering degree from the University of Michigan.
